2nd shift:
1pm - 9pm $18/hr Primary
Responsibilities:
Working in a safe manneraccurately and efficiently to assist production of quality printed material.
Maintain printing press, tools and equipment.
Assist press operator of all duties.
1.
Be sure all safety procedures are being followed.
2.
Correctly assist in set up and running of machine to expedite quality and run speed.
3.
Assist in following all instructions on work order, i.
e.
, print positioning, repeat, ink colors, quantity produced.
4.
Check for correct color, copy and sequence.
5.
Assist in roll changes on the unwind and rewind.
6.
Inform Press operator/ Supervisor of any issues.
7.
Check and record ink viscosity.
8.
Stage and return inks.
9.
Sweep and mop floors.
10.
Empty Garbage 11.
Report any and all maintenance issues.
12.
Assist in training of new personnel.
13.
During change over.
Assist with Sleeve and Bridge change, Cyliner and Anilox change, ink change, sump, pan and Doctor Head chamber cleaning.
14.
Assist in monitoring quality of product coming off the press.
15.
Maintain a clean and organized work area around the press.
16.
Quantity produced.
1.
Must be capable of seeing color.
2.
Must be able to read a tape measure.
3.
Must have basic math skills.
4.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
5.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
