Our facility can be fast-paced and high volume, therefore individuals must demonstrate great interpersonal,written, oral communication and great time management skills.

Responsibilities:
Cheerful and Positive Attitude when interacting with clients and staff Ensuring patients are checked in promptly and effectively Educating clients and able to communicate effectively using veterinary terminology Great Communications skills to be able to relay patient information to Doctor as well as other staff members to efficiently keep up workflow Kindly greet each client upon arrival and determine what assistance is needed Ability to recognize and handle patients that require isolation Confirming and Effectively Scheduling appointments Answering phone calls, text messages and email in a timely manner Confirming and charging out services and treatments Patient Intake/Check In Job Type:
