Job Description:
The data entry/administrative assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, accurately inputting data into the system, and acting as a liaison between the company, clients, and vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
Enter and update information in databases and spreadsheets.
- Create and maintain records of data collected.
Verify data for completeness and accuracy.
- Assist with order entry and processing.
Conduct basic math calculations as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information -Provides administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
-Answers phone calls, schedules appointments, signs for incoming packages, and assists clients and other visitors.
-Responds to emails and other digital queries and correspondence.
-Operates and maintains office equipment, including printers, copiers, and fax machines.
-Works with maintenance staff and outside vendors to ensure office equipment is in good working order and office supplies are always on hand.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Strong written and verbal communication skills with a command of English language - Proficient in using Microsoft Office - Basic math skills for calculations - Strong clerical and administrative abilities - Bilingual in English/Chinese is a plus Requirements:
-High School Diploma or greater -1-3 years of administrative experience preferred -Familiar with basic Excel formulas Pay:
-$20-$23 per hour based on performance
