Our customers come to us when they want to buy something precious for themselves or someone they care about. Often times, this is done on credit and your role will be to learn to help facilitate their romantic and loving intentions through the credit application process. Plus, you will be part of a small, dynamic team that works closely together making the magic happen in our store.
Sometimes our wonderful clients fall behind on payments and in that case, your role will be to learn to provide helpful reminders and advice to keep their credit rating intact by negotiating payments they can afford.
If you are an optimistic person who truly enjoys people and wants to learn to provide excellent customer service skills, you belong on the Don Roberto team! With us, you will develop skills in wowing customers with your warmth, charm, and helpful service!
The most qualified candidates will be motivated, organized, dedicated and trustworthy. No collections experience is necessary. T
he ability to speak Spanish is essential and please be ready to reach out to our customers some evenings and weekends.
