Job Summary:?


To assist the Plant Manager and Maintenance Manager in all functional and operations activities in plant maintenance. Monitors the performance and coordinates the key functions in the maintenance department. Provides leadership to achieve superior manufacturing capabilities. Works closely with the Maintenance manager to ensure work is being accomplished in a timely manner. Helps establish plant goals and objectives to align with company business plan. Ensures that manufacturing systems and processes are in place to meet business plan expectations. Leads continuous improvement through principal-based leadership, and roadmap work system processes.



Essential Functions and Duties:


1.???? Reports directly to Plant Manager on any and all maintenance concerns, including repairs, personnel needs, parts and supplies and chemicals


2.???? Confers with operators and observes tests and evaluates operation of machinery and equipment to diagnose cause of malfunction


3.???? Disassembles machinery and equipment to remove parts and make repairs


4.???? Examines parts for defects, such as breakage or excessive wear


5.???? Repairs, replaces, adjusts and aligns components of machinery and equipment


6.???? Cleans and lubricates parts, equipment and machinery


7.???? Test-runs repaired machinery and equipment to verify adequacy of repairs


8.???? Fabricates replacement parts


9.???? Welds to repair broken metal parts, fabricate new parts, and assemble new equipment


10.? Orders or requisitions parts and materials


11.? Repairs and replaces electrical wiring and components of machinery


12.? Enters codes and instructions to program computer- controlled machinery


13.? Records repairs and maintenance performed


14.? Must have operational knowledge of all equipment and machinery, including: pumps, fans, pneumatic controls and all other company machines


15.? Updates or confirms all machinery records are updated and maintained for audits



Qualifications/Requirements


o?? To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform
each essential duty / responsibility satisfactorily. The requirements listed
below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Minimum Education: Must have a High School Diploma (or
G.E.D.) and/or ideally, a trade school diploma


o??
Minimum Experience: 3 ? 5 years? experience in maintenance


o??
Skills Required: Excellent communication skills,
administrative abilities, problem solving, team player, and good with numbers,
multi-tasked, able to handle pressure, attentive and responsive.


o??
Basic
understanding of electricity, heating/cooling systems, ventilation and plumbing
and basic knowledge of safety codes and regulations


o??
Leads
a team of Maintenance technicians

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
